A heartland usually refers to a region or area that is considered the central or core part of a country or a larger geographical entity. However, it can also be used metaphorically to describe a place that holds deep sentimental or emotional value to a person. l wanted to paint abstract map to that place that leads to our core. Because the core is the place where all the good stuff happens. This a map to there, in case you got a little lost in your way..
